BuzzChat has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

BuzzChat is for adults aged 18 and over. The service does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation, or child sexual abuse material, in any form.
Anyone who creates, uploads, shares, requests, promotes or distributes content that sexually exploits or endangers a person under 18 is violating these standards and the Terms of Service.
What it gives you
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on BuzzChat, including in messages, profiles, posts, images, videos and other uploads.

Sexual exploitation of minors
Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, promoting or distributing any content that sexually exploits or endangers anyone under 18.

Grooming and solicitation
Grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, and attempts to obtain sexual content from minors.

Sextortion and trafficking
Sextortion, trafficking, and related conduct that endangers or coerces a minor.

Helping others do any of the above
Requesting, promoting or helping distribute prohibited material or conduct is treated the same way as creating it.

Use the fastest path that fits the situation. Do not wait for a reply when someone may be in immediate danger.

Use the Report option on messages, profiles, posts, images and other content so moderation receives the relevant context.

Signed-in users can also contact child safety through live chat Help Desk in the app.

Contact authorities when needed
If someone may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate authority as well.

Enforcement
BuzzChat reviews child-safety reports and may immediately remove content, restrict or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant evidence, and take other appropriate protective action.
Suspected sexual content involving minors may be blocked and quarantined by automated systems. Confirmed violations can receive the most severe account action available.
Changing a nickname does not reset moderation history. Enforcement attaches to the account.

Reporting to authorities
Confirmed CSAM and child exploitation activity will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional or national authorities, as required by applicable law.
BuzzChat may preserve relevant evidence needed for those reports and for lawful investigations.
